Shipping and Returns Policy:

Shipping is available through out South Africa and free standard shipping on all orders above R500.

 

Standard Shipping through Fastway R80

 

Standard shipping is with Fastway and usually takes 3-5 working days for main areas and 5-7 working days for outlying areas. A tracking number will be received via email once they have collected which is usually 2 working days after an order has been placed.

 

For example:

•Ordered on Monday

•Payment is cleared and order is packed on Tuesday

•Fastway collects on Wednesday

 

Standard Shipping through Aramax R100

 

Standard shipping through Aramax usually takes 1-3 working days for main areas and 3-5 working days for outlying areas. A tracking number will be received via email once the parcel has been dropped in the box which is usually 2 working days after an order has been placed.

 

For example:

•Ordered on Monday

•Payment is cleared and order is packed on Tuesday

•Order is delivered to an Aramax box on Wednesday

 

Returns Policy:

 

All returns are welcome if:

•packed in original packaging

•not already used

•if there is a product default

 

Shipping will be for your own cost unless it is an error on our side.
